Was losing faith in Audi . . . until Audi Allentown I have to say I had a nearly flawless experience with everyone at Audi Allentown. Coming from Maserati and then MB, I was dealing with a dealer in NJ I have to say I had a nearly flawless experience with everyone at Audi Allentown. Coming from Maserati and then MB, I was dealing with a dealer in NJ who was not helpful, borderline disrespectful and who didnt appear to want to sell me a car. The best thing that happened was that I changed my mind on what I wanted and ended up doing my own internet search (although the other dealer was supposedly looking for a car) and found Audi Allentown. Within 30 mins of cancelling my order at the other dealer, I had 5 or 6 email communications with Nicole (identifying the car, negotiating a fair price, arranging or trade, etc.). When she had to leave, Liz picked up the ball and answered emails seamlessly. Two days later I was in a new car. Kyle was helpful, patient and actually got me a better interest rate than my credit union. Bo was fantastic and spent a substantial amount of time going over all of the features of my car, taking me for a drive to make sure I understood all the features and did not once try to pressure me into an upsell or accessories that I didnt need. Yes, I had to drive an hour and half to get the car, but despite having closer dealers I will do so again and will recommend Audi Allentown to people I know. Funny thing is that as I was getting ready to go pick up the car one of the other dealers I contacted on the internet emailed me about my inquiry. Highest endorsement from someone who has purchased many high end cars. More

Besides efficiently providing information regarding the S5 car and pricing, the conversation had the warmth of a mom & pop shop and not a large business with multiple dealerships, which this actually is. The morning that I arrived to pick up the car, I was graciously greeted by Nolan Santana. The experience was, indeed, exceptional and on a scale of 1-10 would give Nolan a score of 11. He demonstrated expertise about the car and was extremely generous with his time, super patient and made me very comfortable that I was at the best place after driving 105 miles. I have already spoken several times to Nolan since purchasing the car last week regarding understanding some aspects of the technology and absolutely nothing changed since my original impression. I certainly plan on recommending Audi of Allentown and the other car that they sell to friends and family. More

The place to go for CPO I looked far and wide via the WWW to find a great CPO Audi Q3 at a reasonable price. I had to dirve 3 hours from home because I found that the dealers I looked far and wide via the WWW to find a great CPO Audi Q3 at a reasonable price. I had to dirve 3 hours from home because I found that the dealers in NY were asking too much for their CPO cars (coupled with an unwillingness to negotiate).They also consistently tried to low-ball me on my trade-in (using KBB numbers to evaluate my trade, but switching to NADA numbers when pricing their CPOs, for example). It was refreshing to deal with professional staff who were upfront, decent and respectful! I was very surprised by this since most of the staff are quite young. Nick Chiaverelli has a measured, no-pressure approach to sales that put me at ease and made sealing the deal a no-brainer. More
