Once we settled in on the vehicle we wanted things moved quickly and smootgly from there. We had secured our own financing but Nick DeSimone of the finance department was able to get us a much better rate then the one we got from our own credit union. The car had to go through the shop to complete a few minor repairs and do an oil change etc. This was all completed in a timely manner and to our satisfaction. Once this was completed we scheduled a delivery time. The paperwork part of the purchase was easy and Nick was very good at explaining our options and we were ready to be handed the keys. Derek was very thorough in explaining all the features and benefits of the Audi. Overall great job and they made the whole buying experience easy from the time we drove on the lot.
