This is the only reason I didn't give it 5 stars... Too much back and forth after an extremely long day/ drive to dealership. Bo was excellent with his customer service, knowledge and ability to read my exhaustion and tried to get the Deal done quickly. I would buy next car from Bo. One minor nuisance was the struggle in calling to dealership .. The number has you wait through a few prompts before connecting directly so when you're pressed for time, it can be annoying. More

The purchasing process was quick, painless and ENJOYABLE. We had a lot of laughs while there. Everything was thoroughly explained and all questions were answered. Kyle was excellent. The Hyundai Sonata we purchased looked BRAND NEW, was spotless, had low mileage and runs amazing. I have purchased multiple cars in my lifetime and this was, by far, the GREATEST experience I have had. After everything was all said and done, and all the paperwork was signed, Bo even went outside and spend time teaching us all the different extra features of the car.
