New Audi I would recommend dealing with Bo. He was great!! He took videos of the car being delivered and then afterwards. It was great to see my Q5. When I pic I would recommend dealing with Bo. When I picked up the Q5, he went over everything with me and then made sure I remembered most of it. There are so many new things on my Q5. I was used to my Q3, 2015, but everything is better and different. He came to my home when I couldn’t set up my garage door opener and it took a call to Audi Care to finally get it. He taught me about how to find the MMI on this vehicle. I loved it that if Bo didn’t know the answer, he sought out people who did. Great Guy!! More

My lease was sold to Audi of Allentown during the term. I was skeptical about leasing with them because of the "airport parking lot/construction site" looking facility. I thought "fly by night" & disorganized. Well... I WAS WRONG!! I drove on the lot and was instantly greeted by a Gentle Giant named 'BO". He was GREAT! He was instantly able to identify my expectations. The grueling process of car buying usually makes me want to drink poison and light my head on fire! Bo took that otherwise grueling day and made it into a fun, painless, want to smile kind of day! Take A Chance ! Its worth it! More
