When I first came in to the dealership on a Saturday service department was ready to serve me made an appointment. I got the text notification simple dropped it off. It was done sooner than expected and service department was ready to serve me made an appointment. I got the text notification simple dropped it off. Competent, but didn’t offer a very good explanation for why an oil change cost over $300. Seemed a little defensive. I questioned how the dealership was going to compensate for reduced maintenance on EVs. why an oil change cost over $300. Seemed a little defensive. I questioned how the dealership was going to compensate for reduced maintenance on EVs. I wondered if the recommendation to flush and change brake fluid on our A6 was one of the ways (to compensate) because I’d never heard of that before. He suggested EVs require as much maintenance as an ICE vehicle, which doesn’t seem correct to me. My other car is a Cadillac and that dealership not only washes the exterior, but they also clean the interior of my Lyriq to spotless perfection. No interior cleaning or vacuuming mats at Audi. Perhaps Audi should consider upping their game. More

I was very impressed. I am from out of town and didn’t have an appointment. My car had an issue and I was afraid to drive it. Jade and the technicians took care of the iss I am from out of town and didn’t have an appointment. My car had an issue and I was afraid to drive it.
