Tyler was terrific and this visit went smoothly. Very helpful and convenient to get the loaner car established. It felt like they were hoping I would just forget about it. When I asked for the 4th time over 11 months, they scheduled me for an appointment, but I had to let Tyler know that this was part of original sale agreement. To his credit he checked into it and confirmed it quickly and made it all happen. More

Left a lot of loose ends and failures to complete. Delivery of the vehicle was still dirty. I was offered to come back and have it cleaned up later. The dealer literally had a whole day to get the vehicle ready instead the wheels still had rust inside the rims and the outer Vehicle was smeared all over the place . The vehicle was made was left to leave the property without insurance on. I was not notified until a month later and then I was notified. There were changes in the policy for insurance that I was not aware of from other state that was not informed for me. it’s also not that I would not be getting a bill for over a month and there was signatures left on the day of purchase that no one had called me back for a prompt manner More
