I have never purchased a new vehicle from a dealership previous to this experience and I can honestly say it was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I contacted Langan Audi East in search of a new 2014 Audi Q5 for my wife. I had a bit of bad luck over the past month trying to find a Q5, wether it was the Q5's we were looking at were the right color but w Q5 for my wife. I had a bit of bad luck over the past month trying to find a Q5, wether it was the Q5's we were looking at were the right color but wrong options and vice versa, not getting an agreeable price or driving 85 miles out of my way to an Audi dealership in MA for a 2013 Q5 only to arrive and be told that they just sold it! My wife wanted a 2013/14 black on black Q5 with, navigation, rear camera, parking sensors, heated folding mirrors, heated seats and a panoramic moon roof. My search on line for 2013/14 used/new within my state (MA) and even CT was not getting any successful hits so I reached out further and found Langan Audi East. Their inventory showed a brand new 2014 black on black with all the options we were looking for. I inquired about this vehicle friday night 3.7.14. I recieved an email from Abbas Moosavi saturday morning at 7:45 am (the dealership opens at 8!!!) with very specific answers to my questions. I spoke with Abbas on the phone within 30 min after a couple more emails. He was very honest, personable and super easy to talk to. He asked what it would take to get me to the dealership and I stated a great price on the car. Within 30 more min we came to a very agreeable price and the deal was made. My wife and I drove up that morning saw the car, test drove it and bought it!!! From the beginning Abbas was one of the best sales persons I have ever delt with. He was very professional and addressed all of our questions and knew what he was talking about. What sold me on this deal was that he heard me when I expressed my discontent with the process of all the other dealerships and my wife and I felt catered to. He was able to balance working with 2 other sales and me and my wife, we never felt deserted and he had a great sense of humor which is a bonus now-a-days. He kept great communication via email throughout the week until we picked our car up just this past saturday 3.15.14. When we went to pick up the car Langan Audi East had a ton of potential buyers and Abbas was directly working with a buyer. Within 5 mins he made contact with us and communicated that he would be with us as soon as he could. The process from the time he was with us until we were finished was smooth and he was very patient even though there were plenty of potential buyers. He went over the car with both of us and was as polite and professional as anybody could ask for. He addressed the training mostly to my wife since this was her car which made a huge impact on both of us. Most of the time a sales person addresses the man and forgets the woman. We were on our way home just a little over 2 hours after getting there. The entire sale was the most enjoyable I had in a very long time. Abbas was a class act the entire time. He was patient and never made us feel like we "had" to buy the car. He never once made us feel rushed, especially when there were other sales to be made. He gave us 100% of his focus and time and we greatly appreciated that. He made us feel like we were important to him more than just for a sale. I have heard of this type of sales person from other people but never delt with one until working with Abbas. If more sales people were like Abbas they would sell a lot more vehicles!!! He sells himself first, then the dealsership, then the car. We live in Ludlow MA, about 95 miles away and if our next car is another Audi we will be going back to Langa Audi East simply because of Abbas!!! More

I had been been to Langan Audi (along with the other regional BMW, Lexus, and Mercedes dealers- you all know who they are) a few times the past couple of years with varying results during my auto resear regional BMW, Lexus, and Mercedes dealers- you all know who they are) a few times the past couple of years with varying results during my auto research phase, and at times couldn't even get the salesperson to walk off the sales floor to look at the cars on the lot. The personnel was always different, and some tended to be aloof, and either directed me to smaller models or recommended used vehicles, not really listening to what my interests were, and rarely, if ever, offering a test drive. This all changed with Abbas, who although he was preparing a vehicle for delivery when I walked in to Langan, took the time not only to hear me out, but also to take me out on a test drive. While the economics were leading to an S4, he didn't refuse me the opportunity to take an S5 for a followup test drive, which spoiled me for any other car on the lot. Despite not being prepared to buy at the time, Abbas worked very hard to help me get me into the S5. The management team a at Langan obviously supports their sales staff, and the service team is excellent. I recently switched over a set of winter wheels, and was unable to take the extra set back with me, so they delivered them to my home, stowing them in my garage for the winter. Every time I go to Langan for service, I always find the clients to be happy with their vehicle and the staff, and well served. In fact when I was there the Friday after thanksgiving, I met a gentleman from Boston who bought his A5 there after test driving with Abbas. He told me he couldn't get any dealer in the Boston area to work with him, and decided to check out Langan as he was visiting a friend in the area for the holiday. His experience with Abbas mirrored mine, and he was driving his new Audi home that evening. In short, good people, good service, good product. Winning combination. More
