Best Automotive Experience Ever! This has been the most pleasant automobile acquisition experience that my husband and I have ever had! Mike in Sales is extremely knowledgeable and This has been the most pleasant automobile acquisition experience that my husband and I have ever had! Mike in Sales is extremely knowledgeable and was able to explain the increasingly sophisticated features of the Audi Q5 and A6 clearly and enthusiastically. When the Q5 was delivered with some minor technical issue that required repair, Mike and the service team bent over backwards to deliver the car in as timely a fashion as possible and didn't hesitate to arrange for a replacement until everything was to our satisfaction. He patiently took a lot of time to review all of the features and emphasized that if we ever have any questions, we should not hesitate to ask for assistance. Both cars were leased. We felt that the terms of the lease were extremely fair and that Jonathan, along with Justin, explained the terms clearly. We were pleased that, when the interest rate dropped, we were apprised of the lower rate even before we asked. All in all, we are delighted with our cars and the very pleasant experience that we had with the team at Langan Audi East. More

Oil Consumption Issue - Professional and Quick Response Langan went above and beyond to address my oil consumption issue. They provided classic customer service you do not see often these days. Originally w Langan went above and beyond to address my oil consumption issue. They provided classic customer service you do not see often these days. Originally worked with Jason to kick off the multiple phase oil consumption test process, with Pat to confirm it with Audi, and mostly with Ryan to address it. I'm calling all three of these guys out as at no point did I have to reiterate the situation - they must have an outstanding internal communication system. They managed my expectations the whole way and exceeded it time and time again. Langan Audi East, from my experiences, is not one of those "stealerships" we all detest. I'm tempted to list everything they did but honestly would not expect them to do the exact same for everyone. That is not a negative statement - I think they will offer a unique experience to everyone based on their needs, just expect a very high standard in service and empowerment to make judgment calls (i.e. no silly escalation to the service manager/director needed). Jason, Pat, and Ryan were the ones I communicated with but I know others were involved. Especially those that performed the technical work, turning around a piston and rings replacement job in 2 days (expected 5). Even the young man that provided a shuttle ride during an early morning dropoff contributed to my experience. Thanks guys! More
