Great Purschase on 2014 S4 Abbas was great throughout the whole purchase. He didn't " curb qualify" which is great. I have told many friends of my experience. I would say after talking to everyone the biggest difference between my experience and theirs at other dealerships is that they were offered a better deal after they left the show room. Abbas did not do that. He offered the best deal the first time. I love my 2014 A5 FULLY LOADED!! :) Abbas also took the time to review all the bells and whistles with me before I pulled off the lot. What I got instead was the most pleasant, laid back car-buying experience of my life. Our salesperson, Abbas Moosavi was extraordinary. He was courteous, professional and relaxed. Abbass was fully engaged in the process, but tremendously sensitive to our needs and objectives. There was no pressure at any point in the process. There was no difficult negotiation; no nonsense at all. My feedback was heard, received and acted on quickly and simply. There were absolutely no surprises (except that my actual monthly payment was less than what we had agreed upon). I would highly recommend Abbass as THE person from whom to purchase your next vehicle. I WILL be back! More
