Complete change of heart!! I have Victor Auction Direct a 5 star rating for so many reasons, I would give them many more if i could! First let's start with the phone conversatio I have Victor Auction Direct a 5 star rating for so many reasons, I would give them many more if i could! First let's start with the phone conversation I had with the salesman Jay Shaughnessy... he by far completely changed my heart! I had a HORRIBLE salesman before at Auction Direct about 8 years ago leaving me with an extremely bitter attitude with ALL Auction Direct's and swore that i would NEVER step foot back inside another one! On the phone Jay apologized for the other salesman an swore to me Auction Direct would never condone that behavior and actually talked to me like a person and actually cared about what i had to say. I had told him i had extremely poor credit rating and I knew for a fact i wouldn't be able to be financed. He asked if I was ok with coming in and just checking it out then he would be more than happy to do whatever he could to help me and i never once felt pressured into ANYTHING and just overall felt extremely comfortable! A few days later i went in to discuss what i was looking for etc... I gave him my info and he passed it along to his boss Alan Friedman. Alan seriously worked and worked and worked on finding a bank that would finance me! I have never seen a team so dedicated and willing to bust their a** for someone that in all reality possibly not able to be financed and be a complete waste of time! Neither Alan nor Jay felt that way and still put their all into getting me financed and into a beautiful vehicle which was EXACTLY what i wanted and even had MORE features than what i had asked them for! This dealership is a family friendly KID FRIENDLY phenomenal place to go to! The vehicles are exceptionally clean amd great, the inside is just full of extremely friendly clean fun environment to be in! I recommend Auction Direct to EVERYONE!!! More

AuctionDirect jumped through hoops to make sure we were happ Shopping for cars is a pain in the butt. We looked a many cars. We were even having a car shipped up from another of Auctiondirect . I found out after some research that the car that was being shipped wasn't what we wanted , so we canceled that. We looked at another car at Victor location and had them place it on a lift so we could look at the undercarriage. We asked that the car payment interest rate be at a low interest rate, they beat that. Even with all that we asked , James did all that we asked and more . There was nothing wrong with the other dealer, but this time we wanted a used car and AuctionDirect kept coming up in searches. James let us know first thing in the morning that the vehicle we wanted was available. The waiting room was comfortable and child-friendly. The car was ready for us to test drive immediately. Options for financing were transparent and easy to vary. I was wary of the optional warranty fee, but it does cover a lot and the ability to cancel at any time provides flexibility. Overall, we're pleased with our experience and would recommend to others. More
