Great car buying experience! Atmosphere was great and inviting. I was already pre approved from my bank and they still were able to get me a better deal and term from different lender. Todd was also so great with kids. Have 4 and 2 year old, and it’s not easy keeping them entertained for that length of time lol. We knew what we were looking for and had manufacturers dealerships and we're never quite satisfied with the offerings. We knew nothing about Auction Direct when we did a Car Guru search. The Victor location had two SUVs that may have fit the bill. We contacted AD and set up an appointment that afternoon. Our salesperson Jerod C. Rode along as we both test drove both vehicles. All questions were answered to our satisfaction. The following day we decided to make a purchase. No haggling, straight up no pressure sales. The finance department did an excellent job of driving down the interest rate. About three hours after stopping in the showroom we were on our way home in our new to us Armada.
