My experiences consists of three trips to auction direct. The first day I had an appointment with AJ, but he didn't receive my messages through the CRM system for some reason. Still through out the entire experience AJ checked in with me. When I arrived AJ was off so Jay took care of me immediately. Jay and I test drove a van; I was pretty happy with it and since it was the end of the day I put down a deposit and returned on the next business day. On the next business day I took the van to the Chrysler dealer to have a pre-purchase check. Shortly after returning from the inspection the power went out. Jay offered to have me drive the vehicle home and return the next day. I definitely appreciated the extra time with the vehicle. I returned the next day to finish the sale. The dealer noticed that one of the front wipers could use replaced, but everything else was in good order. I had noticed that keyfob needed a new battery. Ultimately Jay made sure all of my concerns were addressed before I left and I was well taken care of. Jay provides great service to his customers and will do whatever he can to address their needs. Overall a great experience it would have been nice to have the dealer find no issues, but people miss things, parts wear, and dealers have to find something. Also there should be an emergency light in the auction direct men's bathroom :) More
