I went to Auction Direct with a few cars in mind and with Jason's help, I was able to find my perfect ride. Afterwards I was assisted with the financial aspect of the purchase with Jason and Matt Wih. Matt was very attentive and answered all of my questions while running multiple financing scenarios. Matt was also extremely knowledgable and friendly through this process. Overall both Jason Czudak and Matt Wih were excellent in both sales and finance. This was the best experience I have had buying a car and I recommend asking for both Jason and Matt if you go to Auction Direct! More

I wasn't keen on buying from a dealership so to speak, or a dealer I didn't know, but my experience at Auction Direct was great. From the moment I walked in having the door opened for me, it was clear they were there for the customer. They didn't chase after me when I toured the lot, but rather asked if I needed help. My salesman gave me a thorough introduction to several of the cars I was interested in and was not pushy by any means. He walked me through payments for several cars with and without the warranty and really made my first car buying experience easy. He even responded to a change in vehicle on his off day when I changed my mind already having a deposit down. Overall it was a quick, easy and thorough process and I will definitely recommend and return back to Auction Direct. More

Originally I had decided not to go with the vehicle, and found something else I liked on the lot that I ended up working with Ed on. Overall both salespeople were great, helpful and the experience was pretty OK overall. Personally I feel the mandatory wash + wax fee, is excessive, particularly when the car leaves the lot with just a quarter of a tank, I know you guys move a lot of vehicles, but a full tank of gas is pretty standard everywhere.
