I called Christina,who sold me the subaru, and told her I was stuck on the side of the road with no transmission. She came in her own car and picked me up. When we got back to the dealership, she had the service men tow it for me - no charge! Thanks to Christina, my car buying experience was not only exciting but completely stress free. Over the next three and a half weeks, he patiently assisted with many questions and multiple test drives. He was persistent and attentive, but not oppressive or overbearing like some car salesmen. After 3 weeks of no car and several disappointments, I was rather discouraged and, frankly, grumpy. Patrick was steady and kind throughout it all. At the end, he got me into the car I wanted! A long process but got a car quick. This was a good place to find a great car at a decent price. The only problems I had were that I spent hours waiting for all the paperwork to be done. Also they do not help lower prices and did not even fill up the gas tank and left it at a quarter full. Also it was my first time buying a car and I believe they took full advantage of that. I wish they knew more about the car I was buying but I did walk away with a newish car that I love. The sales man was very friendly and tried to help when he could with questions. More
