Great car buying experience Today was by far the best and easiest car buying experience of my life. After doing a bit of shopping around, I stopped into Auction Direct at the re Today was by far the best and easiest car buying experience of my life. After doing a bit of shopping around, I stopped into Auction Direct at the recommendation of a coworker. Jerod met me at the front desk and took a low pressure sales approach that made it clear that his primary goal was getting a package put together that would leave me feeling satisfied. Whereas the dealers I had been to tried to upsell me into a newer or better model, Jerod couldn’t have cared less the price tags on the cars that I was looking at. At Auction Direct you can tell that their goal is getting you in the car YOU want, not the car THEY want you in. Once I found a car I was interested in, it was smooth sailing. Jerod and his manager Herb got the ball rolling, presented options for me, and right until the last signature made it clear there was no pressure to add “extras” to rack up the price. Within 3 hours of driving into the store, I was pulling out with my new car, complete with an extended warranty and the peace of mind that the team at Auction Direct stands behind their sale. With the huge selection and affordable prices, I’d be hard pressed to buy a car anywhere else. They made car buying into a customer-focused, exciting, and enjoyable experience...exactly how it should be. More
