Ed is a pleasure to work with! I made an appointment to look at a car they had. Ed was assigned to assist me. We went out to the lot right to the car and I began to examine the ca I made an appointment to look at a car they had. Ed was assigned to assist me. As this isn't my first car buying rodeo, I was dreading having a salesperson hanging over my shoulder as I went through the car. Ed did do that at all. He stepped back, shut up and let me do my thing. After about 10 minutes or so, we went for a test drive. When I asked if it would be okay if we didn't follow their usual test drive route, Ed was fine. He sat back while I put the vehicle through some mild paces. He NEVER once asked me the annoying question I usually encounter at dealerships: "What kind of payment are you looking for, " As a matter of fact, he just asked me if I had my own financing, and when I said I did, he asked what the rate was in case he could beat it. Overall, I found the experience as enjoyable as buying a car can be. Nice job Ed! More

It was my first time ever buying a car and he explained everything really well and was extremely patient with me even when I had no idea what I wanted. I ended up leaving to look at another car elsewhere but the experience and the price just couldn’t match up. When I was ready to say yes to the car, Ignis came in on his day off and we had a riot once again and I drove off extremely happy. He’s truly a fantastic guy who is more than willing to help anybody find exactly what they need in exactly the way they want it without making them feel incompetent in any way. More
