I was not looking forward to the whole process of purchasing a car, but it turned out to be a very pleasant and stress-free day. I was leaving the lot with my new car within three hours! Granted I found the car I loved within the second test drive, but that's because Patrick was able to find a car within my price range with the options I wanted quickly. My credit is not great, but I received an interest-rate that was better than expected with their finance guy Jason. Surprisingly good detail job to clean the car up before I left as well . Overall great experience and I would definitely go to them again. More

Auction Direct USA gets a Victory Royale in my book! We had gone to another dealer who didn't care about our sale, never returned calls and made us feel unwanted and like we were a burden. I spoke to him after discussing my situation with an agent and we started the process of figuring out how to get my wife into a car by July 1st, 2018. 48 hours.. Forty-Eight.. Effin'.. Hours.. And I'm not talking about the movie with Eddie Murphy and Nick Nolte! In 48 hours we had found the car that would best fit my wife's situation, got our credit approved, signed the paperwork and had the car driving off the lot. That's mind-blowing speed.. That's the kind of speed you get tickets for in the state of New York.. That's that Kessel Run speed, cuzzo! Ryan was thorough and made sure we knew every step of the process and where we stood.
