Easy, no pressure. A few weeks ago, we started looking for a replacement truck on various websites and settled on Auction Direct as our first place to visit. We figured if we didn't find something there, we could let them know what we wanted and move on along to other dealerships to see what was available. When we first met our Sales Rep, Mike, we explained to him what we didn't want. We then told him what our needs were for the next 10 years and what we might be interested in. He took us through the lot showing us vehicles that fell into our "needs" and "wants". There was no pressure, just education. It didn't take long for us to find the vehicle that we ultimately selected. We wanted to make sure that the vehicle hadn't come from a flood zone. Mike showed us exactly where the vehicle had originally been purchased (locally) as well as when and that there had only been one previous owner. This greatly put our minds at ease. We couldn't be more pleased with the vehicle and our experience. In fact, we've already recommended Mike and your business to others. More

When we were ready to look at a van closer, we went to the Showroom where Patrick Walker was immediately available to assist us. He took the time to understand our needs in a low-pressure way. I appreciated Patrick’s style, providing information about the vehicle without pushing it on us. When we decided we were interested in purchasing the car, the sales department worked with us to keep the monthly payments within our predetermined budget. I would certainly come back in the future. Easy Peasy I am a kind of person who knows what they want and doesn't like to waste time when it comes to car buying. Big dealerships have many schemes and tact I am a kind of person who knows what they want and doesn't like to waste time when it comes to car buying. Big dealerships have many schemes and tactics to "negotiate" a car sale. As a purchasing manager, I understand the idea of the upsell. Todd at Auction Direct laid it out for me as soon as I walked in. No commission, no salvage vehicles, everything inspected and handled in house. He was easy to deal with and answered all my questions honestly. I knew what I wanted before I got there and what I was willing to pay, but with no haggling in the cost and full disclosure of the vehicle's history through Car Fax, the leg work was done for me and all I needed to do was inspect the car in person, take a test drive and make the buy. It literally took a total of 2 hours in 2 days to walk out with a new (used) vehicle in great shape, with all the DMV hassle taken care of by Todd and company in house. This fit me perfectly and it was great getting treated like a person and not a mark. Will definitely recommend Todd and Auction Direct USA from now on. More
