In the middle of the buying process we went on a week long vacation but Todd and Auction Direct worked with us and we were able to purchase the vehicle when we returned and take it home that day! We had our three small children with us the entire time and Auction Direct and Todd accommodated us and made them feel welcome with a popcorn machine and coloring books.
