Great selection, and even better customer service! My husband and I found the vehicle we didn't even know we wanted after spending time at auction direct. We were looking for a smaller SUV that could accommodate our 95lb lab, but still feel easy to maneuver. David was our guy. He showed us multiple option as our price point. He was patient and knowledgeable about the differences in each model. I called back the next day with more questions, and he even ran outside with a yardstick to measure the distance between the roof and folded down seats to make double sure our dog had enough space. Auction Direct took my husband's old model Ford Escape as a trade in and gave us a great deal, even though we were nervous about our credit rating. The whole process gave me faith in car dealerships again. This crew really wants to sell you the right car, not just unload any old vehicle. I strongly recommend them!
