Top notch dealership makes my dream a reality On Sunday my daughter and I had the opportunity to visit Auction Direct in search of a vehicle. As I arrived I was greeted by the Receptionist and my On Sunday my daughter and I had the opportunity to visit Auction Direct in search of a vehicle. As I arrived I was greeted by the Receptionist and my sales associate Dylan Yamamoto. He greeted me and my daughter warmly and gave an overview of what separates Auction Direct from the competition. As he listened to me explain what was most important to me in a vehicle, he made several suggestions of vehicles that very well could have been a terrific fit. But I had something else in mind. I asked him about a Mini Cooper Clubman I had viewed and fell in love with on their website and he quickly located the vehicle so I could take a closer look......and ultimately the first of many rides. That’s right. I test drove it and then drove it home. Dylan was awesome. From the beginning of the process through the signing of the papers, he made it easy and fun. Not to mention, he gave me a detailed and thorough explanation and introduction to my Clubman. He was like a breathing owners manual. it was Dylan’s professionalism and top notch customer service skills that impressed me most of all. It was because of his professionalism and approach to customer care that assured me that I had made the right choice in my decision to purchase. His work with the financial manager to help him understand and secure the desired monthly payment also spoke to his ability to take care of the customer. As I drove off in my new Mini Cooper Clubman I was all smiles. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. And I said a little prayer to thank God for meeting Mr Dylan Yamamoto.
