THE BEST CAR BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!! On this past Monday, October 14, I had one of the best purchasing experiences ever. I had an unfortunate situation where Carmax sold me a car that nee On this past Monday, October 14, I had one of the best purchasing experiences ever. I had an unfortunate situation where Carmax sold me a car that needed an engine. This information was not disclosed to me during the sale. I found out about this after I took my car back to Carmax wanting to get a new vehicle. Long story short, I have attempted to trade this car in numerous times before I was led to Auction Direct. When I walked in I was greeted right away. The receptionist was great. Cimmeon was the sales person that helped me and Tony was the finance manager that did his thing. I explained the situation to both Cimmeon and Tony. Tony wheels began turning and he put the numbers together and made it work for me. What I can say is that both were extremely professional, upfront, and easy to work with. They made me feel comfortable in an uncomfortable, scary situation. Not once did they tell me anything negative and they set REAL expectations. On Monday, I am proud to say that I walked away with a 2016 Hyundai Tucson and I LOVE MY VEHICLE!!!! I would RECOMMEND that if you need a new vehicle, even if your credit looks scary or you maybe in a difficult situation like I was, I will suggest that you GO to AUCTION DIRECT USA and let them help you. More
