They were very professional, helpful and patient as we had to find a car within our price range and needs. But the car we needed and could afford was finally found. We also met with Steve Cary as the eye glass holder above the dash would not stay shut. Steve came and checked it and will order the part. There was a crack in the lower left side of the wind shield. As we live on the coast of NC it was arranged that we would come back at a later time to have the wind shield replaced. I am sorry that I did not get the name of the fellow who did the work, but he too, was very proficient and helpful. More
