Not all that honest I purchased my car from Auction Direct -Glenwood Ave. in Raleigh, NC. I really liked the deal and the salesperson. 5 weeks after my purchase, I a I purchased my car from Auction Direct -Glenwood Ave. in Raleigh, NC. I really liked the deal and the salesperson. 5 weeks after my purchase, I attempted to start my car. The battery was dead. I took it to a parts store to find out the problem, and it was indeed a bad battery. I looked at my paperwork, and it stated that Auction Direct does a 26 point inspection(part of the inspection was a battery test). After speaking with someone at the parts store, it was apparent that the battery was bad when Auction Direct stated that they had conducted a test. After calling the service department, I was informed by the service person, that the battery is not under warrant, and there was nothing he would do. I tried to explain that I did not want anything except to say that perhaps Auction Direct should not say that they inspect the car, and that the battery passed inspection, when you could test the battery and warn the new owner that they would have to account for a new battery because the one presently in the car has a low cell. But, before I could explain the person disconnected the line. For this reason I would warn anyone purchasing a vehicle from Auction Direct. More

I was helped by David, who was extremely patient and allowed me to test drive a variety of cars to make sure I found the correct vehicle for me. After several cars I have found the perfect vehicle. When I came in it was towards the end of the month and then there was something that needed to be fixed with the car that I ended up choosing. Rather than pushing me to buy before the end of the month to hit his number, David insisted on waiting until everything on the car was good to go. I am going to be a customer for life here thanks to the great service I received. More
