We'd been to a couple of other dealerships before stumbling upon Auction Direct and Joe was more up-front about the price (which was cheaper than other dealerships) and went out of his way to help us understand the process of purchasing a car and some of the quirks around it in North Carolina. The car that we ended up buying was in great condition, and there was no pressure from Joe at all to make a purchase.
