I heard a tiny tiny squeeking noise when I test drove it; the mechanics took extra time to figure out what was making this noise and told me to come back in a week (free of charge) to replace the suspension... I could drive away with the car that day because I needed to move across the state. This dealership was very accommodating to my needs and preferences, and Krystal herself was genuinely a kind, helpful, respectful, and informative person. She is great at her job and made this process as smooth as I could hope. Would recommend her to anyone looking for a used car. More

Great experience, amazing customer service- Thanks Willie!! I went 'car shopping' on a Saturday. I wasn't looking to buy a car but ended up falling in love with the Rav-4 they had on their lot. I snuck past the front desk and was exploring the different vehicles outside for about 30 minutes, and when I found the one I wanted to test drive, I went inside to the front desk where a man was sitting. I asked for some help and we hit it off right from the start. Willie happened to be at the front counter when I approached and he stayed with me throughout this entire experience. I test drove the vehicle, all the while getting to know Willie. He's a great guy with an honest heart and everyone should trust him with selling you a vehicle. I wish I could remember the man who helped me get the financial part worked out, but sir I thank you! Long story short, I walked away with a new & much needed upgrade!
