The original payment we expressed that we wanted, they came back with first try and were very friendly. The car I purchased was in excellent shape, very clean. We even noticed something small that was cracked on the top of the car (molding) after the purchase was complete, and instead of sending us on our way and saying sorry that's now on you; they are ordering the replacement part and gave us an I OWE YOU! Awesome experience, awesome staff. We will be back to look for our next vehicle. More

I came to the table extremely nervous and on guard for high pressure sales tactics and hidden fees, but instead I got a very straightforward and transparent buying experience. David Ngeve was wonderful, I came in with a list of cars for the website and he gave me plenty of time to look them over by myself and then answered my further questions about the models. At no point did I get pressured into looking at a car outside of my budget or pushed into financing I didn't want. He walked me through the whole buying process very patiently, went through each item of paperwork and what I was being charged, and attentively went through a checklist with me to make sure every part of my car was working properly before I drove it off the lot. I will definitely go to Auction Direct first when I need a car again. More
