He guided us painlessly through the process and got our credit approved. We drove home in our new truck. We are happy with the dealership and the sales rep and would encourage anyone to strongly consider auction direct when looking for a pre-owned vehicle. More

I test drove some cars at other places only leaving disappointed. I met David on my first visit and he took well to my no BS approach. I appreciated his his ability to adapt to the hands off experience I was looking for. I came back to see him a few days later, still car-less. He was tying up some loose ends on a deal so the sales manager Jeff stepped in to show me around. They let me take the car out on my own to get a feel, which I loved. I drove it to my boyfriend's workplace and they all looked it over- my first thumbs up of approval! The next day my bf picked it up to take to the mechanic to check it over- it got an A+. Brand new tires and brake pads. I had already established my financing but they talked with me to make sure I was getting the best deal (no pressure). David went through the paperwork seamlessly, a quick, easy transaction. I am so excited about my car and have zero regrets with the process (a first for me). I had friends who recommended AD but I couldn't have expected a better experience. David even took the time to show me all my other options... in the rain! Great People, and Prices! More
