Easiest First Car Purchase! With the number of dealers in the RDU area, Auction Direct was definitely a saving grace! This being my first car purchase, I had done potentially too much research when I went in, but Tony helped me through the whole purchase! I requested a car come down from the Victor, NY area, a 2012 Nissan Versa Sedan. The process after that was a breeze, even with my multiple concerns. The car came down and was inspected before I got to test drive it, and that test drive was fantastic. After the car was detailed and they did a final (unexpected) repair (which I was extremely grateful they did, and with Nissan parts!), I took it to my mechanic and even my mechanic was wowed by the condition of the car. Needless to say I purchased it without any hesitation, and I've been pleased ever since! So I definitely recommend Auction Direct for just about any car purchase, not just for the no haggle policies, but for their transparency and the customer service level they offer. And I especially recommend Tony, who was honest and down to earth throughout the whole of the process. More

Since I was purchasing from out of state, the transaction was a little more complicated— but only a little. Willie worked with me every step of the way and things went very smoothly. Once we arranged things by phone, text, and email, I flew into Raleigh, visited the dealership, drove the car, signed and exchanged the paperwork, and drove home. It was that easy.
