When I made up my mind on the car I wanted it was easy to walk in the next day and go through a test drive / complete the sale. Auction Direct not only sells great cars in great shape with low mileage but offers lots of extras to insure that you will be happy with the car, including a 6 month warranty and first 6 months of oil change etc on them, as well as other extended warranties. They made sure to break down every little detail into bite size bits so that I never felt overwhelmed with the information that was given to me. I mean they treated me like their favorite cousin that they hadn't seen in while, it was great. Everyone was comfortable and I didn't feel like I was talking to robots which was great too.
