The car I needed at the price I needed! This dealer is honest and fair, took the car to my own Mech before buying, he said it was in excellent shape, dependable & And priced fairly. He did however say it would need a timing belt very soon, simply because of the age. The dealer then changed the belt for me at no charge! We got a great finance rate. I had pre shopped online so I knew exactly which car I wanted to look at and Tim immediately grabbed the keys and took me to the vehicle. I was buying the car for my wife so after I drove the vehicle I knew it was the one we needed for our growing family. I of course had to get my wife’s approval so I called her to come down to the dealership. She couldn’t make it right away so Tim advised me to put a deposit on the vehicle so it didn’t get sold before my wife could get there. I was hesitant thinking they would hold the money for 7 days or something sketchy but Tim assured me I would be refunded the deposit immediately if I didn’t want the car. My wife LOVED the vehicle and I loved the deal I got on it. My finance guy Paul was excellent as well and laid out all the financial details so I could make a solid decision on money down etc. After I purchased the vehicle I took it back to be detailed and the car was immaculate when they were done with it! I also got to speak with Kevin the GM for a while and he was very personable and attentive to me that I was taken care of. Best car buying experience in my life. Thanks auction direct team!!!! More

I left sorely disappointed with how I was snubbed after saying no to their offer. I decided to take a chance and met a wonderful sales associate Willie. Who went over and beyond to help me find the perfect car with a perfect payment. Guess what they gave me $4,200 for my trade in! They will continue to get my business. Everyone in the store was super nice and my car came with a whole lot more bells and whistles than the one I looked at at the Kia dealership. More
