The BEST! I arrived on the Auction Direct USA lot mid-Saturday afternoon and saw hundreds of REALLY beautiful cars. I was apprehensive (to say the least) that I I arrived on the Auction Direct USA lot mid-Saturday afternoon and saw hundreds of REALLY beautiful cars. I was apprehensive (to say the least) that I wouldn’t have much success due to a not-so-stellar credit history. I was greeted by a warm receptionist (i think her name was Candy) that assured me that Willie, the salesman i spoke with over the phone, would be with me soon. Less than five minutes later, I met Willie Duncan and we took off on the lot. He immediately showed me the vehicle that I spotted online. It was nice. The longer we walked, the more I noticed other driving options that I had never even considered. I settled on a 2016 Kia Optima with too many accessories to name. Dream come true. Now comes (what i thought would be) the hard part: references, down payments, wage statements, speaking with financial institutions, settling on a car note. Those were generally the parts of the car purchasing process that made me uncertain. “Will i drive a car off the lot or will i have to Uber back home?” That was the question I kept asking myself as i filled out paperwork. But Willie was very reassuring, very positive. He and the finance/business manager, Tom Collins, worked arduously and secured me with the vehicle of my choice with little money down. Mr. Willie Duncan even gave some advice on increasing my credit rating and decreasing my car payment. Not to mention that I absolutely LOVE my car! I would gladly recommend Mr. Duncan and Auction Direct USA because of my great experience. Willie...man you are the best! More
