Happy to be a repeat customer We had come to Auction Direct USA in March of last year and had a great experience with Tim Cooper. When it was time to replace our other car their website was the first place we went. We saw a "new arrival" that night and decided we'd stop for a visit after work the next day, though we didn't call ahead. We met up with Donna Moody who let us take a quick tour of the lot while she checked for the status of the Volvo we had seen. Turns out it was so new it was not on the lot as it was being inspected and prepped. She pushed to have that inspection completed for a test drive the next day. We knew we wanted it as soon as we drove it. From there Donna made sure it was smooth sailing all through the paperwork process, which included a better-than-expected trade-in value for the car we replaced . I can't recommend them enough! More
