Best Experience I have had buying a car I had heard great reviews about Auction Direct and I have now experienced the great customer service for myself. From the moment I walked in the door I had heard great reviews about Auction Direct and I have now experienced the great customer service for myself. From the moment I walked in the door I felt welcome and everyone was so friendly. I was introduced to Willie and feel very blessed to have met him. Willie is a wonderful person and explained the business strategy, mission, and customer service of Auction Direct. I never for a second pressured or that someone was just trying to sell me a car. Willie listened to exactly what I was looking for, gave me good information and always answers all my questions. Willie showed me several cars and one just happened to be on the lot that was perfect for me, a beautiful 2016 Mazda CXL 5. Willie spent so much extra time with me showing me options, explaining features of several automobiles. Willie took me on a nice long test drive so that I could experience the way the car moves and maneuvers on hills, curves, etc. After the test drive I felt so comfortable driving the car and it was fun to drive. Willie even gave me tips on driving the Mazda that made me even more comfortable. Willie helped me with the trade in process and it was so easy. I knew this was the car for me. Willie made everything so easy. When I came back today to finish the purchase transaction, it was so quick and easy. Everything was taken care of. My car was cleaned and shiny and out front with my name on it. Willie then took additional time to go through a checklist, set up my Bluetooth, and make sure I understood the electronics. Throughout the whole process, Willie was excellent. He was always honest and trustworthy and again I never felt pressured. This was the best experience I have had buying a car. I really like Auction Directs business strategy and customer focus. They have great prices and really good inventory and variety of vehicles. I strongly recommend Auction Direct and Willie.
