Auction Direct USA - Raleigh

Mario excellent sales agent at Auction Direct USA. We detected something wrong with the car and brought to Mario attention. Mario immediately told his manager. The manager recognize the problem and it was corrected several days later. We picked up and drove car off the lot and had not driven one mile before the gas light came on. Zero gas in the tank and lucky a gas station was at our stoplight. Dealership service for a key never got it as stated in paperwork. We were sent back several times to the service agent Steve who sent us to Mercedes dealership on Capital Blvd. Mercedes dealership tried calling Auction Direct and Steve while we were at the Mercedes Dealership-no response from Auction Direct. We went back to Auction Direct later in the week to talk to the manager-told not in at the time. We are still waiting for the key. There was no spare for the vehicle and now we need to buy a real tire and rim before we put it on the road. A spare tire should come with this vehicle. We received a postal notice for tag pickup at Auction Direct . Pickup tag and ask for manager to speak about our key. We spoke to Mario and he was displease and shock that a whole month later ,we had not gotten a key. Again, manager was not in to talk to us. We still wondered why we did not receive any phone calls. After we put tag on car, we noticed an incorrect phone number on the paper-it should be 607 not 602. We text Mario the 607 correct number and ask him to give the correction to the manager upon his return. All car paperwork should show 607 number on all car records and computer records. We should not have to continue calling service dept and going to Auction Direct. We have brought 2 other vehicles from Auction Direct in the past and no problems. We have gone out of town this week and back home with no phone calls or postal response from Auction Direct. Ring 607 phone number soon. Very disappointed a month later customer Cicero More
