I visited several dealerships to include Ca I just returned from a deployment and wanted to trade in the minivan for something a little more my speed. I visited several dealerships to include Carmax. Carmax offered me 2k under what I was looking to get. My last stop after looking all day was AuctionDirect. From the moment I walked in I was greeted with a smile, courtesy, and professionalism. I gave the receptionist a brief summary on my day and what I was hoping to achieve. She kindly handed me off to Tim who immediately made me feel like I came to the right place. Unlike other dealerships, Tim never made me feel pressured or rushed to “hurry up and buy”. He escorted me around the lot while my vehicle was being appraised by their buyers and answered all my questions knowledgeablely. They came back after only 20 minutes (CarMax took an hour) and offered me $1500 more trade in value than CarMax. I explained to Tim that I really didn’t find what I was looking for in the lot and he told me he understood. He took my information and said he was going to look around to try an find what I was looking for. On my way out I came across ‘my beautiful 2015 BMW 320i sitting in the corner of the showroom. I was looking for an SUV but what’s the harm in just looking. I sat inside and instantly fell in love. I’ve always wanted a luxury sport vehicle but always found reasons to pass. Tim jumped in the car with me and showed me all the amazing features since he previously owned a 3 series himself. I ask him how much of a pain would it be to get the car out of the showroom so I could give it a test drive...he didn’t hesitate when saying no problem what so ever. I got it out on the road he let me just cruise for 30 minutes. It was a great ride. I told him this was the car for me and I explained my terms. He said shouldn’t be a problem and handed me off to his manager, Paul. Paul again was the same caliber of professional and made me feel extremely comfortable with the entire purchase process. It was late on a Sunday so he was working with automated systems from the banks and explained to me that he thought he could get me an even better rate on the terms I wanted if I would give him till the next day to talk to actual people from the banks. I received a call this afternoon from Paul giving me great news and he asked when I would like to come back in to pick up my car. I explained that I had my twin 3yr old daughters with me and he quickly said to not worry that they have a play room and that it would not be an issue at all. I went up to the dealership with.my girls and we sat in the playroom together while Tim went over the paperwork with me. I had a few questions about numbers and wording on the contract and Paul gratefullly went over all my questions in detail. During the process I had to sign documents and transfer the car seats out of my other vehicle so Tim gladly offered to watch the twins while I took care of everything. The girls were just as comfortable with him as I was and I was able to get everything finished up in a little over an hour. I have had some pretty awful experiences purchasing vehicles in the past so it was as absolute blessing to have such a change of pace with AuctionDirect. I can honestly say that I was more than happy with my experience and would absolutely recommend them to anyone looking for a great deal on a quality used vehicle. I was working with state employees and buying my first car from a dealership ever (usually just did the Craigslist thing)! Front desk people were nice and we worked with Shane. He listened to every single (there were a lot) of my requirements. I even wrote him a list and texted it to him. We checked out some cars, and then he sent me the camry I ended up buying and asked me when I could come in and get out of my rental! I went straight to state employees for my check and we were in and out with my new to me camry in less than an hour!!! I loved the experience and will absolutely tell everyone I know to go to that guy. Paul helped us with the warranty pricing as much as he could while shane was explaining it all to us. Very professional team of guys, we were very impressed. More
