Cold and rainy car sale! Came in for a Mazda 6 or a Chevy Malibu. The Malibu we were looking for was in NY, so we took the Mazda out in the the pouring rain and ended up lovin Came in for a Mazda 6 or a Chevy Malibu. The Malibu we were looking for was in NY, so we took the Mazda out in the the pouring rain and ended up loving it! After a bit of "patience" with getting numbers from a bank on Veteran's Day we were all set! We feel like we got the absolute best rate, and Shane and Paul were really helpful and understanding with us not wanting to pay over our amount. We feel like they fought hard for us, going back and forth with all sorts of ways to get us to our payment AND be protected. Overall we would definitely recommend this dealership and I'll post this anywhere I can for people to see. More

Buyer Beware! Lies and Lies “Dealt” with Andre who can’t return a phone call in a timely manner. Was looking for one car in particular and there were 3 on the lot per their webs “Dealt” with Andre who can’t return a phone call in a timely manner. Was looking for one car in particular and there were 3 on the lot per their website. Told Andre I did not want to drive 2 hours if I could not test drive. The one I was particularly interested in could not be test driven until it was inspected. Ok I get that but I I told Andre per website there were 2 others available. He said he would look and call right back. By this time I was on the road. An hour and a half later he calls and says I was right. I went in thinking I could test drive one. I met with Mo who then tells me one need inspection which I knew. Then he says one was told an hour and a half ago. Keep in mind I had been in contact with Andre. Mo then says the other one wasn’t on the lot as it had not been delivered. This disputes what Andre said as he told me he walked on the lot and saw them. Why was I lied to? Bait and switch? I left and vowed never to return as they lie, tell you they will call you in 5 minutes and don’t. Unprofessional staff! Shady practice! Beware, beware, beware!!!! More
