BITTER AND SWEET In January 2017 on my way to take my daughter to school I hit a deer which totaled the car I had at the time. This lead to my visit to Auction Direct and my first car purchase from them with the expertise of Mr. Willie Duncan in February 2017. The process was smooth and not stressful at all (my anxiety can go through the roof). There were a few bumps in the road with the first car (no fault of Auction Direct the service department or Mr. Duncan they were always great) so I decided not to keep that car but I did repurchase a second car from Auction Direct in December 2018 utilizing the wonderful expertise of Mr.Willie Duncan (again the process went great!). So far I am very happy with the purchase of my second car from Auction Direct. I would like to thank the Sales manager, Tom (I think is his name) for his care and concern during my troubles and helping work things out, The Service Department for always doing everything they could to help me ( I will see you all in the future for the care of my current car baby) and MOST of all I would like to thank Mr. Willie Duncan for ALWAYS being there for me when I needed him and being okay with me being the pest I know I can be at times.
