I came from So Cal and I say this without hesitation, this store is the best car dealer I have ever bought cars from. That said, my recent treatment by Ramon Mendoza was excellent. He carefully explained to me how brakes worked and what my problem was with my brakes. I learned a lot for a non mechanical guy. At Magnussens, the service manager creates the proper atmosphere for his service guys and gals so his people can give the proper service to the customers. I think the service manager is named Lee. I have seen him on the floor in the afternoon helping the service reps handle the onslaught of customers get their cars repaired. This is customer service that makes this dealership busy place. Customers want to come back. This is my second Toyota from Magnessuns and not my last. A comment about this survey. It is too, too complex and asks too much information. All I want to do is compliment my service advisor, Not give Toyota information so they can pummel me with sales email. Make is easier and smaller. More
Very good customer service experience Yesterday, I took our 2012 Camry Hybrid to Magnussen's Auburn Toyota for its 30,000 mile service. Justin Clay greeted me at the service entrance and g Yesterday, I took our 2012 Camry Hybrid to Magnussen's Auburn Toyota for its 30,000 mile service. Justin Clay greeted me at the service entrance and got the odometer reading off the car, then took me inside. Since I have been taking the Camry there for regular service, plus another visit for a noisy door hinge, which they repaired, I have been very happy with their friendly and professional service, and this time was no acception. Justin was very courteous and professional as he explained everything they were going to do. As it tuned out, they did my 30K mile service at 20K miles, as the Camry was 3 years old. So this would just be a synthetic oil change, and a bumper to bumper inspection, rotate the tires, etc. He asked me if I was going to wait for the car, and I said I may go for a walk, and I gave him my mobile number. He called me about an hour later, and said my car was ready. When I got back, he went over the results of the inspection and led me to the cashier. The price was just as the estimate said. I will continue to take both my Camry Hybrid, and my 2000 4Runner there for service. More

I had a very good experience with Ramon, my rating does not reflect on Ramon, however my previous experience with another service rep was very different and is the reason for the rating.
