We had talked with Kristine the night before and told her what we were looking for in a new car. We wanted the new 2016 Prius V model 5 and she looked and found one that we liked very much. It was a no hassle talk and she explained all of the amenities and what options were available to us as new owners. This is our 4th Prius car. Magnussen's and Kristine were great and all of the staff that we had dealings with, it couldn't have gone any smoother. Loved it. I have pointed other people to Auburn Toyota and will continue to for a new or used car. The staff are wonderful. I will return if I need another car. More

I am still in awe at how great my experience was. In today world with everything automated, it was really a treat to be made to feel like someone really wants to help you and likes doing their job! Very good service All staff were very helpfull, they arrange shuttle to downtown Auburn, while my car was at service. Previously when we had car at other dealership, at time of service they washed car. So I assumed it was going to happen, but it did not. May be rules changed, I do not know.
