Both times the whole purchasing experience was outstanding, no pressure, no hassles, just guidance from Mike's experiences, a good education on the different options, a very good price and then a really good introduction/tutorial to our new vehicle. Jack LaFlin called me about an hour later and wanted to help me in my search. I was visiting my niece at that time and we made a date for the 28th of December to talk about it. He called me and we decided that I would come in and look at the cars. Jack talked to me and led me thru the questions that needed to be asked. I was interested in the corolla and when I saw the Prius in the show room, I was also interested in it. I test drove the corolla and the prius and decided to go with the prius. I was trading In a Sienna (2014) and Jack and everyone was extremely helpful in answering my questions. As a widow I am careful in my decisions and I was treated with respect and was very happy with Jack and his help. He has called me since to ask if I had any questions and has been great. I couldn't have wanted or asked for a better sales person. Everyone was right there to answer all my questions and help me thru the process. They spent 5 hours doing all the paper work and never once hurried me in the signing or answering my questions. I am grateful for the excellent service by Auburn Toyota. Thank you very much. More
New Truck Purchase I found Magnussen's Auburn Toyota through the Costco Auto Buying Program. I was contacted by Mike Stewart and was able to order the Tacoma that I wan I found Magnussen's Auburn Toyota through the Costco Auto Buying Program. I was contacted by Mike Stewart and was able to order the Tacoma that I wanted. All of the interaction was accomplished by email until the point of picking up the vehicle. Mike was knowledgable and helpful during the purchase process. While this was the first time buying from this dealership. I look forward to a good relationship thanks to Mike Stewart. More

Regular Maintenance Experience We always take our vehicles (2) in for regular maintenance at Magnussen's and we find that the maintenance staff are always friendly, helpful and cour We always take our vehicles (2) in for regular maintenance at Magnussen's and we find that the maintenance staff are always friendly, helpful and courteous. Robert Brassfield helped me yesterday and he was extremely helpful and professional. He asked if I had any other concerns other than the regular maintenance and I pointed out a small indicator light which he had fixed. I appreciate the concern of all of the personnel I deal with. I did have an extremely long wait which is unusual which is not the fault of the maintenance personnel but of overbooking I believe. My usual wait time is one hour and I was there over two hours yesterday. More

Once again, it was a wonderful buying experience. Mike is very knowledgeable and he tried hard to make sure we were satisfied with the deal we got. My husband and I don't want to be pressured into buying a car, we just want our salesperson to help guide us to make the right decisions which is what Mike did for us. More
