Grinding Noise We took our Rav 4 in to have a grinding noise checked out. Due to the fact that the car would be in the shop for more than 4 hours, we were immediatel We took our Rav 4 in to have a grinding noise checked out. Due to the fact that the car would be in the shop for more than 4 hours, we were immediately given a rental car since we live outside the range of the courtesy shuttle. Although the problem was not diagnosed, the car was driven over 25 miles and the brakes were thoroughly checked out and given a clean bill of health. We were extremely satisfied with the service we received! Mike Norton was helpful, courteous and sympathetic. He was also very patient! Excellent service by Bryan Glau, Service Manager! We took our car in for usual service not realizing our tires were bad. Bryan took us to the shop to show us the inside wall of the tire. We were loaned a car to go to lunch, free of charge, while the tires were replaced. The work was done promptly and with such caring for our needs. Bryan and staff were courteous and friendly. I always get my car worked on here as I enjoy the experience, believe it or not. Have only good things to say about every service I have had done here. Robert Brassfield assisted me this day and he was great! He made sure I understood the problem I was having with a bad sensor that was preventing me from getting my smog inspection to pass. I was provided with a rental car for a day to assist me while the job was being completed. Everything was handled smoothly, including a ride to the shopping center and back while I waited to hear the diagnosis. I only want to use THIS dealership and intend to purchase yet another Toyota Prius from them at the end of this year. Thank you for your excellent customer service! More
