SERVICE CENTER PROVIDED GREAT SERVICE Purchased my 2015 Highlander from these folks in 02/15. I live appx. 80 miles distant. Found this dealer through "truecar.com." I shopped perhaps a do Purchased my 2015 Highlander from these folks in 02/15. I live appx. 80 miles distant. Found this dealer through "truecar.com." I shopped perhaps a dozen dealers and found the best deal here. When I purchased the car, I opted for a protective film coating on the face of the hood and front end of the car (called a bra). Anyway, in Aug. of 2016 I noted that the film on the hood was looking foggy. To me, it meant that moisture must have gotten between the hood itself and the protective film. Called the dealers service dept. and talked to Bryan Glau, a service advisor. He made an appointment for me to bring in the car. Arrived there in the morning and found out it would be a 3 - 4 hour job. I didn't want to sit around for that amount of time and asked for a loaner car. NO PROBLEM!! They gave me a 2016 RAV-4 and off I was. Came back around noon and the car was ready, looking like new. I have taken my car to Lodi and Fairfield for service. They can't compare to Auburn Toyota. The bottom line when purchasing a car is the service you will be provided..Auburn Toyota is #1 in my book. More

He helped us got our first new Prius, unfortunately we lost it because of a bad accident no long ago. Fortunately We're covered by insurance and able to get another one, my first thought was going back to Auburn Toyota asking Rocky to find another one. He felt sorry about the lost then he worked hard to find a new one for us, finally he got us a new Prius as we described.
