But, instead I heard her say "You know nothing", to which I replied I'm 77 years old and know alot. When she realized I misunderstood her, she said, I'm so sorry I said you OWE nothing. We all laughed so hard I am still laughing a day later. The staff witnessed this and started to chime in saying her boss wanted to talk her to about insulting a customer. We all laughed!
