He is thorough yet patient when explaining something to me. If I have a question, he listens attentively and answers in a way that I can understand. As I have gotten a little older, I use a cane these days and it is sometimes difficult for me to get around. Mr. Lewis always lets me know a couple of minutes before they call my name so that I can adjust my cane and stand up making it easier for me to pick up my car. Finally, there is always somebody there to open the door for me. It is the thoughtfulness that Jeffrey Lewis has demonstrated and his attention to detail that I have appreciated. More

The distance to Auburn Toyota from where we live is over 50 minutes without traffic so the dealership was never an option.
