Throughout the process we talked to most of the sales staff and all were more than willing to go what we felt was the extra mile for us. Driving around in our jeep these days I find myself laughing at other people driving around in jeeps with license plate frames showing that they made their purchase from elk grove or folsom. Two hours later we were rushed through finance and did not realize it was not changed. Now they are calling requesting money I don't have. I went in and spoke with the salesman and he said he would speak to someone and try to help me out. He never did. He also asked my husband to give him a pack of cigarettes. They don't appreciate their customers and are not professional. They made money off my trade in and the new vehicle and the warranty they sold us. And they are not willing to negotiate on a mistake they made. My next purchase and maintenance will not be at this dealership. More
