I called and spoke with John Delucia he said bring it in and we'll take care of it! We had to leave it over night because they needed to order a part but they were extremely friendly and helpful. Turns out it was the back breaks and they replaced them at no charge. We drove home and no noise! About 4 days later the noise came back and I was back on the phone with John Delucia and he took care of it again at no charge to us. I was so please at the extra lengths they went to, to ease my pregnant mind and send me on my way in a safe vehicle for my expecting bundle of joy! More
