Called the dealer and verified the vehicle was availability. I was inform it was still available and it would be out front when upon my arrival. I was instructed to ask for Markus Becker. I was greeted upon arrival by Markus and the vehicle was in front as they said it would be. I looked at it and it was exactly what I was looking for and went straight in to negotiate the purchase. I was allowed more than anyone else on my trade in. Markus was exceptional and very professional. After coming into an agreement on price trade in and finance the process really accelerated. I was introduced to BG Gardner and we were done within 30 minutes. BG was also exceptional and knowledgeable with finance and additional warranty programs.
