Customer service wins I have been getting my vehicle serviced through Jeep Auburn dealership since 2015. I have always gotten friendly service however working with James He I have been getting my vehicle serviced through Jeep Auburn dealership since 2015. I have always gotten friendly service however working with James Helling was my best experience. James went over and beyond to make sure i was taken care of with a rental car and was so friendly and personable. I rated 4 stars because my jeep is never returned in the condition i left it. Had a couple new scratches on the driver side door and was returned messy as the mechanics removed my belongings from the back to the front seat and didn't put them back. I feel the vehicle should come back the way i left it or better.. If it wasn't for James ecceptional customer service, I would not have rated as high. More

Greatest/Quickest Car Purchase EVER I had done some research before going to the dealership however the sales rep, Sasha Levchenko was so wonderful to work with! The entire visit maybe t I had done some research before going to the dealership however the sales rep, Sasha Levchenko was so wonderful to work with! The entire visit maybe took 2 hours, including the test drive and Sasha took us to see the other color options to make sure I was 100% happy with my car. After meeting with the finance guy, my car was detailed and Sasha helped sync my phone to my new car! I was extremely satisfied with this purchase and sales experience! Customer for life. More

A pleasant automobile purchase process Nickolas Viola returned my phone inquiry quickly and had verified the vehicle we were interested in was available. When we arrived the vehicle was parked right in front of the showroom, clean and ready for a test drive. Nickolas explained the safety features prior to leaving on a drive and showed us many of the vehicles features. After returning to the dealership he had all the paperwork prepared and we were able to process our loan application quickly. All,documents were,reviewed, signed and we were ready to head for home.
