But thanks to my Service Advisor Lili Steele at Auburn Chrysler, after 2 major repairs that she has handled for my car, that bad perception is no longer a concern. I trust in her because she has demonstrated to be honest, efficient and knowledgeable, she shows real interest in helping, she makes the right questions regarding the symptoms of the failure, she keeps me updated about the status of the repair and finally she assure the job is done within the timeframe offered. She also goes further pointing some other unrelated problems they found in the car, which I may have not been aware of. I give Lili 5 of 5 stars. More

The staff at Auburn Dodge are friendly and knowledgeable. They have earned my future business. Although it was a vehicle service that led me to contacting them, I chose to use them because they were cheaper in cost. I assumed they could diagnose the problem that day and if repairs were needed then would need to bring truck back at another time. Was told that wouldn't get truck back until following day. My question is why schedule afternoon appointments if you won't even look at vehicle until the next day? Just schedule morning appointments or tell folks making pm appointments that they won't be working on the vehicle until the following day. When the problem was fixed the service was done in less than a day. Work was done well and problem corrected. More
